What is a SUITE file (a file with file extension SUITE)?

Files that contain the .suite file extension are most commonly associated with compressed Winstyles desktop theme files. These files allow a user to change the look and feel of the Windows environment, such as desktop icons and cursor images.

For example, if a user wanted to create a "western" theme, he or she could create a suite of icons with a horseshoe to represent the traditional Windows "arrow" and a background with horse images.

The desktop themes that are created with this software are saved in a compressed archive format and the theme archive file is given the .suite file extension.
